Spending time as a swim instructor in rural Victoria, David spent his early 20’s teaching underprivileged children safety around water. Having moved back to Melbourne and quickly identifying a commitment to health, David’s career pivoted, seeing him spend the next 20 years as a theatre technician for Melbourne’s major hospitals.

His longstanding career in the health sector has built an enviable skill set. With a keen eye to detail, and dedication to excellence, David oversees the day-to-day operations of the Property X Building Management division.
